1 – Intimacy: Into Me I See
This expressive arts session guides participants to engage in full-body tracing and symbolic self-illustration to explore emotions, strengths and where signs of burnout and stress live in the body. This experience is specially effective in environments seeking to build team trust, psychological safety, and authentic community connection. This is memorable high impact experience which supports employee retention.
2 – Remember Your Roadmap to Regulation
A guided somatic sensory experience that teaches embodiment tools for stress recovery and nervous system regulation. Participants will learn how to move from a reactive place to a regulated state through practicing a buffet of breath-work, vocal toning, somatic movement, guided meditation, yin yoga and creative journaling.
3 – NOURISH
A restorative live piano and yin yoga collaboration designed to soothe your nervous system. This immersive session includes gentle restorative yoga postures, guided meditation and a live sonic sound healing journey designed to soothe, balance and calm from the inside out.
Together, these experiences create a full-spectrum journey to guide your community through embodied connection, emotional intelligence, and lasting nervous system support.
We also offer curated immersions to adapt and fit to your team’s needs and goals. All of these immersions can be facilitated on-site in person or virtually over Zoom.
